We are able to provide a Super Bill for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement for any insurances we are not in network with.

SELF-PAY
We accept all major credit cards including HSA/FSA. Please feel free to contact me regarding information and rates for services, as well as questions regarding insurance coverage and possible reimbursement. Self-pay rates will vary by provider based on experience/training as well as by session type and session length.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand, otherwise, you will be charged a missed visit/late cancellation fee of $50. Please contact us or speak with your therapist if you have any questions.
