Nicole (She/Her) holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She is a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional, Certified Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. Nicole is also Gottman Level I trained for couples work.

Nicole is invested in helping clients heal from simple and complex trauma while addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, loss of self-worth, relationship difficulties and other emotional dysregulations impacting life. Nicole uses evidence-based treatments to empower clients to identify & overcome personal activators, build practical coping skills, set meaningful goals and discover the authentic self. She believes therapy is not a “one size fits all” situation and works with clients to find a best fit for their personal journey.

People who might be a great fit for Nicole are: Adults and couples navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, loss of self-worth & personal direction, depression, and relationship difficulties.

People who might not be a great fit for Nicole are: Children and adolescents under the age of 16.

Financial:
Nicole is not eligible to be paneled with any insurance at this time and is accepting self- pay clients for $50.00 per 45-55 minute individual session or $70 per couple session! Some sliding scale is available - contact admin@harvestlifecounseling.com to inquire availability.

Availability: Nicole meets with clients online. This allows for flexibility in scheduling and removes the stress of commuting!! Nicole works with clients to best meet their scheduling needs and accommodate their therapy goals. Weekday, evening and weekend appointments are available.
