What to expect:

After you schedule your appointment you will be added to our client portal and all of the initial consent paperwork will be available. If you are using your health insurance then your therapist will verify your payment responsibility prior to your first appointment. Once the consent paperwork is signed you will also be enrolled (free for our clients) in our assessment database called blueprint-health where you will complete a screening on common mental health symptoms. At your initial appointment your therapist will meet with you to gather pertinent information about what is bringing you in for treatment and review the paperwork that you signed. Your therapist will also review the results from the assessments that you completed. At your second appointment you and your therapist will create a goal and treatment outcomes that you want to work towards in therapy. We use assessments periodically throughout treatment to help track your progress in therapy.

If you are ready to schedule complete the form below.

TRAUMA Informed

Trauma informed means that we recognize and understand how traumatic experience impacts mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being in the individual.

Mindful APPrOACH

Mindfulness is the art of being present without judgement. It is helpful with coping with stress and finding peace in a fast paced life.

Caregiver Concerns

We understand what it is like to be expected to do it all and often alone. With so many roles to balance and always being the caretaker of others it is often difficult to take care of yourself.

OUtcome Based Therapy

We use blueprint-health to help keep connected and track progress throughout treatment. This is a resource that we provide for our clients that allows us to track data to be able to more accurately identify what is contributing to your symptoms. It also allows us to track how you are practicing skills or meeting goals in between sessions.

We use psychometric check ins throughout our treatment to inform care.

Individual and family therapy

A clinical hour is considered to be 50 minutes. All new clients will receive a full mental health assessment and individualized treatment plan before therapy is able to start.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a process of understanding more about yourself and others in a safe therapeutic environment. In group, you will have the opportunity to explore patterns of thinking and behaving that are like how you relate to others in your life. Group sessions typically are 80 to 90 minutes long once a week. Click here to find out about groups that are being offered now.
