Self Scheduling

Book an Appointment

We are happy you have decided to book with us! Using this feature you are able to decide when you would like to schedule your service without having to go back and forth with your therapist about availability or wait for your therapist to get out of a session to respond. This service is available to you 24/7. If you have any questions or difficulty please let your therapist know.

Things you need to know before self scheduling:

  • Prior to any services you will be required to have a credit card on file and complete any outstanding paperwork by 8 am the day of the scheduled appointment. This is required of all clients regardless if you are using your insurance or not. You will only be charged a fee in accordance with your responsibility through your insurance or in accordance with the practice policy for missed appointments/cancelations with less than 24 hour notice following the time of the scheduled appointment. If paperwork is not completed in that time your clinician will reach out to reschedule to allow you time to complete the paperwork.

  • You can only book up to four weeks out and only one session will be approved at a time unless already established with your therapist.

  • As this is a first come first service situation you may request a time that has already been requested by another client. Should this happen the therapist will decline your request and you will be provided with the link again to request a new time.
